Questions
What does Yarvi see that Shopify's dashboard doesn't?
Shopify tells you an order came from an AI channel. Yarvi shows which agent (ChatGPT-User versus GPTBot, Claude-User, Perplexity), which product pages it read, whether your store let it in, and whether that read was followed by an order.
How do you know an order came from an agent?
Three ways, and every order shows which one: the shopper arrived from an AI answer, the same AI's agent read that product shortly before, or the purchase came from the same device as an agent session. Each carries a confidence score. Attributed is not the same as incremental, and we say so.
Does Yarvi slow down or change my store?
No. The agent tap only observes. It never changes or delays the page your shoppers get.
Do you store my customers' personal data?
No. IP addresses are hashed before they're stored, we never collect customer emails from orders, and Yarvi has no write access to your store.
What happens if I go over Lite's 100K agent requests?
Extra usage is $10 per 100K requests. At 500K in a month, collection pauses until you move to Growth (200K requests included, $5 per 100K after that, pausing at 1M). Neither plan can turn a viral month into a surprise bill.
