Yarvi links an order on your store to the AI agent visits that came before it. This is the order join, part of the Growth and Pro plans.
There are three ways a visit can be linked to an order:
- AI referral: the shopper arrived from an AI answer, so the visit carries the agent that sent them.
- Product assist: an agent read the same product the shopper then bought.
- Device match: the same device or network visited before the order.
When more than one visit led up to an order, each gets a share of the credit, with more for the visits closer to the order. Each linked order shows the reason Yarvi linked it.
The first linked order is the step called First attributed visit in your setup checklist. It needs an order placed after an agent visit, so it waits on your sales.
