Getting started and the setup checklist
When you open Yarvi in your Shopify admin for the first time, it registers your store and adds the Yarvi pixel.

Yarvi starts counting from the moment your store opened Yarvi for the first time.
What counts as an AI agent visit
Yarvi sorts every request to your store into one of three groups: a known AI agent, a likely headless browser, or a likely human.
How an order is linked to an AI agent visit
Yarvi links an order on your store to the AI agent visits that came before it.
The weekly report
On the Growth and Pro plans, Yarvi writes a weekly report every Monday about the week before: which AI agents read your store, the pages they read most, and any orders that followed an agent visit.
agents.md and what agents can read on your store
agents.md is a plain text file at the root of your store that tells AI agents what your store is and what its policies are, in words an agent can read without guessing.

Uninstalling Yarvi and what happens to your data
You uninstall Yarvi in Shopify admin under Apps, like any other app.
The AI assistant and talking to a person
The help panel in Yarvi is answered by Yarvi's AI support assistant, not a person.
Inside the Yarvi app, ask in Help. Yarvi's AI support assistant answers from these same articles and your store's own data, and hands anything about billing, your data or a person to Ned.
