Segments groups AI agent sessions by what each one did. Every session lands in exactly one segment, and the rule for each segment is printed on its card so you can check it:
- Reached cart or checkout.
- Read policy pages, such as returns, shipping, sizing or FAQ.
- Compared products in one category.
- Read products across categories.
- Read one page.
- Other sessions.
Each card shows the sessions, the orders after them and the conversion, and how much of all agent sessions it covers.
Replay steps through your store one day at a time over the last 7, 30 or 90 days: which agents read which pages, and the orders that followed. It only moves when you press play or drag the slider.
The Overview also says how far back your store's agent history goes. Both views fill in as agents visit. A view showing sample numbers is always labeled Example data.
